Pick Up TIFF My Choice Tickets September 2, 2011

If you bought a My Choice package, you can pick up your tickets starting tomorrow, Friday, September 2, 2011. Go to the Festival Box Office at Metro Centre, 225 King St W, Concourse Level (enter at Duncan St), starting at 7:00 AM. Remember to bring your Pick Up Voucher in order to get your tickets!

You most likely received an e-mail sometime in the last few days saying which tickets you received and which you didn't. If your e-mail indicated any PCVREG01 items, that means you didn't get one or more of your first or second picks, and you will receive a voucher for each missed screening instead. This voucher can be exchanged for any regular screening. You can use your voucher on September 2, before tickets go on sale to the public, or use it anytime leading up to or during the festival. Redeem these vouchers anytime at the Festival Box Office, or you can also use them at the theatre box offices, but only on the day of the screening you want to see.

If you didn't receive an e-mail, don't panic; your order likely got processed in any case.

If you received all your picks, then I strongly recommend you do not go to the box office when it first opens. There is usually a huge line of people picking up their tickets and trying to make exchanges the same day; it is not unusual to spend hours in line.

If you bought a TIFF Choice package, you should also have received an e-mail listing your film selections. You can also pick up starting on September 2, but once again, since you effectively received all your selections, I would encourage you to go later in the day to pick up your tickets.
