Ticket packages go on sale to Visa cardholders tomorrow, July 4, 2011, starting at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Packages can be purchased by one of the following means:
- TIFF Bell Lightbox Box Office
- Reitman Square, 350 King Street West
- 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Phone
- 416-599-TIFF or 1-888-599-8433
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Online
Note that you only have to buy ticket packages if you want movies pre-selected for you by the festival (the TIFF Choice packages), or if you want to participate in the Advance Order procedure (the My Choice packages). You can also wait until September 3, 2011 and buy individual tickets to films then.
The packages that typically sell out early are the Visa Screening Room packs; most of the others generally do not sell out. Note that the Double-Date Gala package appears to be already sold out; they must have fully sold them off to TIFF members as opposed to reserving some for the general public.

I had the same problem, so i switched browsers. The order form didn't work for Google Chrome or Firefox but it worked for internet explorer. Try that.
